Our Savior Lutheran Church would like to formally extend an invitation for you to join our Craft & Vendor show on Saturday, October 26, 2024.
Where: Our Savior Lutheran Church, 1209 Kingsbury Road, Washington, IL 61571
Hours: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
Entry Fees: The fee is $40 for a 10’x10′ or 5’x20′ space and $35 for a 5’x10′ space. Tables can be rented for an additional $10 each.
Setup Times:
- Friday, October 25th from 5:30 – 7:30 pm
- Saturday, October 26th from 7:00 am – 9:30 am
The church doors will be unlocked at 9:30 am for guests to begin shopping. We ask that you review the 2024 Craft & Vendor Show Terms and conditions prior to submitting your registration form.

Important Information:
- Registration Forms should be sent to: OSL Vendor Show, Attn: Jolene Withers, 1209 Kingsbury Road, Washington, IL 61571
- Due to limited parking, we will have a shuttle service for our Crafters and Vendors to park at the Central School Parking Lot on the day of the show. Overnight truck and trailer parking will also be available. Please see the Terms & Conditions for more information.
- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. Please make sure you can be in attendance the day of the event before making a commitment. You may NOT give or sell your space to someone else. Vendors who are “no-shows” on the day of the show will forfeit their spot(s) on our loyalty list for the following year.
- For any questions or more information, please contact the OSL Craft & Vendor team at oslcraft&vendor@oslwashington.org. Confirmation letters will go out towards the middle of October. If you have not received your confirmation letter by: Friday, October 18th, please email oslcraft&vendor@oslwashington.org ASAP.
